Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and invoices intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or prescription eyewear, including prescription lenses and specially made glasses, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are completed within 7 working days after inspection and approval.
- Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and return conditions.
- Prescription and customized items are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos.
